It's not off-sides because the pass was lateral, so i'm pretty sure it's legal. I would say it's a well thought of goal, but i don't respect it too much since Penalties already are advantageous for the attacking team, theyre meant to be scored. If you don't even have the guts to take a point blank shot then you shouldn't be playing soccer. But if this wasn't about making the goal so much as it was just to make the other team feel bad, then i think that's pretty funny and i understand.

Great Goal and technically, the player who scored was BEHIND the player who passed it to him so technically, he wasnt offside. genuinely brilliant goal. To be offside, the goalscorer had to be in front of the player who passed the ball to him.
